  • Contact request : 1 year
  • Application for a job with ORCHESTRA : 2 years

Your rights

In accordance with the French data protection act and the GDPR, you have, between others, the right to access, correct and object to the use of your personal data.

In order to prove your identity, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid ID document bearing your signature, and specify the address to which the response should be sent.

We will endeavor to give you an answer as soon as possible and, in any case, within the limit of 2 months.

Intellectual property rights

ORCHESTRA, the website orchestra.eu and its content (the company’s own or belonging to its partners) are protected by trademark law and/or copyright law and other laws. All of these elements remain the sole property of ORCHESTRA or its partners. In accordance with the provisions of the French intellectual property code, the legislative or regulatory provisions of all countries, and international agreements, any representation and/or reproduction, use or exploitation, in whole or in part, of any of the aforementioned elements without the prior written consent of ORCHESTRA or its partners is prohibited.
