A third edition to build a stronger and more connected innovation community
For the third consecutive year, Orchestra is renewing its partnership with IFTM to make the event the go-to destination for tourism innovation. On the agenda: an Orchestra Start-up Village that is more ambitious than ever, a Partner Zone bringing together Orchestra's strategic partners, sponsored networking cocktails, and a grand finale of the Orchestra Start-up Contest that will showcase the most promising young Travel Tech companies.
Beyond its presence at the event, Orchestra has a clear ambition: to unite an ecosystem where clients, partners, start-ups, and tourism experts can meet, share their experiences, and build the solutions of tomorrow together.
Orchestra, driving innovation at IFTM
For the past three years, Orchestra has been supporting tourism start-ups through a program that has become a benchmark in the ecosystem: the Orchestra Start-up Village.
Much more than just an exhibition space, this village acts as a true development accelerator. Young companies receive support before, during, and after the show to maximize their visibility, prepare for meetings, and turn encounters into business opportunities.
This new edition further strengthens this collaborative dynamic by giving a more prominent role to alumni from previous years. Experience sharing, mentoring, and exchanges between entrepreneurs enrich a program designed to foster the emergence of innovations that will shape the future of the tourism industry.
"At Orchestra, we are convinced that innovation is born primarily from human connection. Our role is to create an environment where ideas, talent, and expertise can connect to help the entire ecosystem grow."
The Orchestra Start-up Village: the heart of innovation at the show
Located at the entrance of IFTM, theOrchestra Start-up Village will once again be one of the most dynamic areas of the event.
Over three days, start-ups will have the opportunity to meet with travel agencies, tour operators, investors, specialized media, incubators, technology partners, and industry decision-makers.
Leading up to the event, Orchestra supports participants through several preparation sessions: workshops, advice on optimizing their presence, experience sharing with past participants, and coaching on their sales pitches.
The highlight of this edition, the grand finale of theOrchestra Start-up Contest will bring together selected start-ups before a jury of tourism experts. They will present their innovations and defend their vision for the sector's evolution. The winning start-up will receive personalized support from the Orchestra teams to accelerate its commercial and strategic development.

A Partner Zone to bring together the entire Orchestra ecosystem
Just like last year, the Partner Zone will highlight the companies that support Orchestra every day and help evolve the solutions offered to tourism professionals.
Visitors will be able to connect with several strategic partners:
This space will be dedicated to demonstrations, sharing expertise, and connecting partners, clients, and visitors around the industry's key challenges: payments, digitalization, distribution, technological innovation, and customer experience.
Sponsored cocktails to foster networking
Because the most rewarding conversations often continue after the sessions, Orchestra will host several networking cocktails throughout the event.
Don't miss these must-attend events this year:
- Travelsoft Pay Cocktail, on Tuesday, September 15th from 5:00 PM.
- Sabre Cocktail, on Wednesday, September 16th from 5:00 PM.
Supported by our Partner Zone sponsors, these exclusive gatherings will allow visitors, clients, prospects, partners, and start-ups to continue their discussions in a relaxed atmosphere, expand their networks, and spark new collaborations.
The entire Orchestra ecosystem comes together at IFTM
IFTM will also be an opportunity to discover the full breadth of the Orchestra ecosystem.
Throughout the event, visitors will be able to meet teams from the group's various subsidiaries and discuss key topics including production, distribution, payments, data, artificial intelligence, customer relations, and digital transformation.
This collective presence reflects Orchestra's ability to support all tourism industry players through a comprehensive range of solutions and services.
