Orchestra joins SNELAC, the main union of leisure players in France

Orchestra becomes a partner of SNELAC, a network of more than 600 leisure and cultural players.
Orchestra is already supporting several leisure leaders (Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Paris, Parc Astérix, Futuroscope...) with solutions for the production and distribution of stays.

Orchestra joins SNELAC, the main union of leisure players in France
Orchestra becomes a partner of the Syndicat National des Espaces de Loisirs, d'Attractions et Culturels (SNELAC), a reference network for leisure and cultural professionals in France. This partnership marks a new stage in Orchestra's development for leisure parks and tourist destinations. Our teams will participate in the 25th SNELAC Meetings, on May 19 and 20, 2026 at OK Corral Park, to discuss with players in the sector around their challenges of digitalization, marketing and customer experience.
SNELAC in a few words
The National Union of Leisure, Attractions and Cultural Spaces (SNELAC) brings together more than 600 companies in the sector: theme parks, water or animal parks, museums, cultural sites, private castles or even natural sites.
The union supports these actors in their development challenges, promotes their activities and promotes exchanges between professionals in the sector.
A partnership in line with the challenges of leisure parks
At Orchestra, we have historically supported the main French leisure parks in the distribution of their stays within networks of travel agencies and online travel agencies, such as Disneyland Paris, of Asterix Park, the Futuroscope, the Puy du Fou or PortAventura.
Our solutions dedicated to leisure parks and tourist destinations revolve around two main axes:
- Multichannel distribution : sale of stays on the direct distribution channels of destinations (website, call center...) and through the network of distributors connected to Orchestra (agencies, OTA, CSE...), in France and internationally, thanks to the capabilities of the Travelsoft group.
- The production of packages and packaged experiences : possibility of combining several services in a controlled stay offer, including ticketing, accommodation, modes of transport, catering services and additional services (skip-the-lines, goodies, photos, etc.).
For example, Orchestra has become the Central Reservation System (CRS) for Parc Astérix, a strategic solution that centralizes ticket sales, hotel reservations and the experiences offered by the Park, while optimizing the customer experience and commercial performance.
By joining SNELAC, Orchestra wishes to strengthen its proximity to players in the sector and continue to develop solutions adapted to their needs, in order to support their growth.

On May 19 and 20, 2026, Orchestra will participate in the 25th SNELAC Meetings, the union's annual event, organized this year at the OK Corral Park (Bouches-du-Rhone).
Two days of meetings, workshops and experience sharing, where will be present Bastien Crochet, VP Sales & Marketing, and Guillaume Mahière, Key Account Manager.
